Rough estimate for shop bot time?

I'm working on some telescope designs, to be cut out of 1/2" plywood. I was wondering if anyone could quote me some rough numbers for cost of shop bot time so I could get some idea what it would cost:

* To create the cut files from a multi-layer dxf.

* To cut the part, assuming cutting speed and the total linear inches of cutting (which I would know from the autocad file.)

I'm in the Boston area.
