Zeroing Alt Axis

I have two z-axes on my machine. One has a Columbo spindle and the other a PC router.

I have went through the setup routines in the SB program but I can't figure out how to z-zero both my primary z-axis (spindle) and my alt axis (PC router) using the z-zero plate.

Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks in advance for any advise.
