Anybody had this happen? I'm using a 3/8 bit to cut 35mm pockets for euro hinges. It normally pockets full depth in 3 offset passes, but all of a sudden the passes are not concentric to each other...off by a good half inch, leaving nothing that resembles a round hole. All other rectangular pockets are OK.

Dave...
I have seen this happen during an interpolate move with speeds set too high. Have you changeds bit parameters lately?

Hi Gary,
Bit parameter it must have been. I changed the cleanup allowance on pockets to .005" a while back...same thing I recommended to John. I reset it to 0" again and it remedied the problem....software bug?

Dave...
None that I am aware of, but I have never used any of the allowances. If this is repeatable you should send a copy of the cabinet and an export from the Link to cabinets@thermwood.com

Thanks Gary, I will.
