Bret..
Can you confirm the YZ car? There are adjustments on the lower rollers.
If you mean the X car, double check that the X rails are perfectly co-planar. It only takes a few thousandths to make Vroller loose. Usually the loose wheel is towards the low corner of the table.

Sounds like you are talking about the gantry in relation to the X rails? Make sure the table is dead level. Start by levelling the outer 4 legs. Then snug up the center legs about 1/2 turn. If the tool is not level, then the gantry will teeter on 3 wheels.

Sorry - I meant the gantry. I will check the level.

Do I need to loosen up all the hardware and re-level or are you talking about adjusting the feet on the legs. thanks (sorry - first timer here).

Adjust the feet. Start with the 4 outers then snug up the centers about 1/2 turn against the floor to take the sag out and not mess up the levelling that you did.
IMPORTANT - Your goal while levelling is to keep the tool as close to the floor as possible. Don't crank the feet up more than is necessary. Find the high corner and work down from there if you can. When you are done adjusting for level and you are happy with it, be sure to tighten the lock nut down against the threaded foot stem. It makes a big difference in machine stability.
