windows 7 Problem

I am trying to install SB3 3.6.44 control software on a new computer that is running Windows 7. It is telling me that the Drivers have been installed, but they are not. Can anyone help?

possibly you might have to go to a previous version? What drivers does it say are missing?

Hi Russell

We found we had to turn off the user account with Vista when setting up "Heime". Probably the same with Windows 7. As we are sort of down the road at Kinglake, if you want to bring it over, we could fix if you cant find settings etc. Am sure this will fix the problem though. Maybe one day all the Shopbot owners in Victoria will have a get together - that would be great fun and I am sure we would share heaps of knowledge.

Thanks Chrissy, disabling the User Account Control (UAC) worked. Everything is working.
