Spindle bogging down

Well I have recent spindle problem. On warm up you can hear the spindle sound like it is speeding up then slowing. Then when I start to cut the spindle bogs down. I havent changed anything in the cutting process and have changed bits to make sure it wasnt a dull but.
Also had the electricity checked and it was fine.
I have a HSD 2.2HP spindle, Yaskawa V7-4X supply.
Help I need to get back to work.

Is it showing an error message on the VFD display? I had that issue for a while. The spindle shuts off but since it is off no auto brake so it spins for a long while, or a short while if you are cutting something when it happens.

Nope I dont get any errors.
I am planning on sending in my spindle to be rebuilt but I wanted to make sure something else wasnt the problem first.
