I need some help converting these files.

I am not sure what they are doing wrong but they can't seem to get all of the artwork exported. the pdf ends up with only part of the parts. they have been trying all day.
I had them send me the pdf and I think the illustrator files. a vectored pdf of the two files would be good.

Check your mail. Looks like a PartWorks issue. Opened fine in Pro.

thanks everyone. so it is an aspire issue. I was wondering the files were from two different people in same company. I will send the file to vetric and have them check it out.
