best way to cut

I need to cut 4-6" letters to this profile
Is a 3d cut the best approach to this.
The customer wants me to use this profile to cut FORD for the tailgate of his truck.Does anyone know were I can get the proper Ford font.
Also what would be the best material to mill this out of

use the "create raised round" toolpath using the largest ballnose that maintains the required detail
