Laying out drawings for snake racks, yes thats right snake racks & cages to. As a 20 yr snake keeper i ventured into building and designing plastic cages & racks & incubators for the hobby/buisness in 2000. I was then doing everything by hand on sheet xpvc and heat bending and chemical welding.
When Katrina hit and plastics for me atleast went up 25% , shipping went up 30% and damages started not being paid by shippers i stepped out in 2007. now im getting back into it and going with a more suitable less labor intensive method of flat ship and customer assembled units.

also are some old pictures of what i use to do by hand, i could turn out one cage per hr or little better and was making $75-$100 per unit profit.

I had someone approach me about this. but they Just wanted shelves that fit clear rubbermaid type containers. so the slot was jsut large enough for the container and the shelf above became the lid. so it is easy to clean since the container is removable and no need for a lit or some type of material that can take the mess.
