converting jpg files using partwizard

can i convert a jpg. file using partwizard only? or do i need another program?
do i need aspire of corel draw??

It's built in with Partworks/VCarve and Aspire.

If you don't have any of those then you can use programs like Inkscape, VectorMagic, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Xara etc etc.

A Google search for "vector tracing" will give lots of options.

inkscape gives me the best results although it is a little "clunky" to use it has some pretty good controls to adjust it to give good results though.
