I am working on a bit for a lot of HDU letters like almost 3000 and over 40 sheets of material.
it is 10# hdu and the letters are 9" and 13" high. cut with a 1/4" bit. I have only cut 3/4" 20#
so it will be a two pass cut I am debating on needing a onion skin or not but I am thinking yes.
