Here is a quick piece i did to cover an opening where a through wall AC unit was. I cleaned the fuzz with a bronze brush so there are marks that will be covered when its painted.

about 6 hours. Its 42x36 :eek:

Roughed with a .5"
finished with a .125" @ 8% overlap
