I am working on a project that I need to fold dibond aprox 120 degrees. My plan was to buy a 120 degree V bit and problem solved. I am having trouble finding a bit that works for me. I found 1 that was 135 degree (which would be fine) for $40 and i ordered it only to hear back its on back order and would be 6-8 weeks. So i kept digging and can find plenty of 120-135 degree bits for wood but not so many for composites. I have found a couple but they are triple the price of the first one. The way I see it i have a few choices. I wait 6-8 weeks, I pay triple the price, I try to figure out how to use a 90 degree bit with several passes to make up the difference or I come to you guys and ask you where i can get a bit, or how I can do it with a 60 degree or 90 degree. I want whats cheap and fast. (of course) lets hear the suggestions!

we use a ballnose bit that is bigger than the diebond it lets us bend more then the 90%

Call Fred at centuriontools.com they have nice sharp 120 bit and could probably make you what you need for a reasonable price if it is a special order.

a sharp cut tends to cause the dibond to break. so the ballnose is a good idea or a straight bit.
