Z accuracy problem

Hi

I have PRT Alpha And I have the next problem.

1. Set Z Zero of the top of the template (30mm MDF Boadr)
2. Jog router outside the template and jog Z=-30mm.
3. Mark the template with this depth.
4. Calliper measurments shows 29mm.

I recently update ShopBot sftware and firm ware.
Maybe that cause the problem

Have you checked the actual thickness of your Z Zero Plate and entered it into the control software?

Its possible that got over written in a software update if you set that up awhile back.
