Here is a new sign we completed on our Shopbot using HDU, MDO and some hardwoods. The Blade sign was 2 layers of 2" HDU glued up after each side was complete. The wrought iron bracket was custom made by Hayes Brothers of Toledo, Ohio.
The long sign was over 12' long and about 16" tall with 1" thick HDU letters milled to a custom font designed by the client.
All drawn and programed in Vectric Aspire.
