I laser company needed these shapes cut out for keen. the plywood was from a remold of keen's offices they wanted the rustic look I guess. this seet was the best of three of them. I borrowed a rotex and used 50 grit to get the back flat enough so it would vacuum down well. I cut it with a 5/32" downcut bit at 2ips. I cut 370 parts out of this sheet and did not loose one of them.
the front had glue strips but was not too bad. the other sheets were pretty bunged up. they all have nail or staple holes.
