A few pics of my tenoning setup and a video of it in action.

The pneumatic clamps are controlled by solenoid valves and switched independently, the switch all the way to the left allows both clamps to work at the same time if needed for clamping larger parts.

Click on the bottom one and it should go to video if I did it right.

Brian,
It looks like you have a regular production line going there! How did you program the repeated cutting going from one to the next, it didn't seem like you were restarting a file but that it just kept repeating?

Why are you making so many tenons, for a company? Good job:D

Jack I copy the file for ten repetitions, the parts are for 36 chairs I have to make.
After the chairs 6 tables and a few benches are next, its going on a large patio at a library for outdoor seating.

The wood is sapele I love working with it practically no defects in the whole load and it holds up really well outside, I have some chairs I made around ten years ago outside and besides tuning gray they are as solid as the day they were made.
