Made these for myself. 1/2" MDO miter folded, pocketed and cutout on the Bot. The cap and bullnose trim are PVC cut on the Hitachi slider. Bought a Graco portable piston sprayer to apply the finish. Very happy with it and is much better than using the floor unit for such a small project. Wanted to use translucent white stained glass but opted for cast acrylic and Oracle calandered 7yr. frosted vinyl for the light panels. Chumped out on the lighting and went with (3) 60w chandelier bulbs and standard lamp sockets and rod. Wanted to go 2' florescent w/ sign grade ballast, over $150.00 ea. Used 4"
PVC pipe for the posts. I need two more and think I will try 3mm Dibond miter folded for practice.
