Alpha Upgrade

Just got my upgrade! PRS Standard to Alpha.
Its been awhile.
One question-can the new control box be mounted on a wall instead of the bot itself?
Will there be an issue with dissipating the heat?

My control box has been mounted on a wall for the last 6 years... when Texas heat is really bad I have some issues with the router contactor sticking. Turning the AC on in the shop fixes the problem... I've also aimed the shop fan that hits me to also get the box.

I've got mine lag bolted to two 2x4's that are mounted to the wall, which give some extra space and air flow between the fins and the wall. Not sure it's necessary but I figured it couldn't hurt

Guys! I kept my original PRS standard and got the Alpha upgrade.Motors/controlbox... Was considering selling my standard but time was an issue.I have some jobs coming up very soon and couldn't see myself taking this apart and re installing new machine.

Dave- thanks for your help in the past with gear setup-I just didn't have the work or mind set to justify it then.

Brady- I'm really looking forward to using "Luigi" to his Full potential!
