Hi All,
When I run a file of varying sized parts, the bot will slow down on its own for some of the parts.
Move speed remains the same on screen. My quick fix is to hit the spacebar and then resume when prompted to do so.
Anyone have/had the same issue?

Hi Michael,
I had that issue with an older version of the control software. I'd recommend updating to the latest version, if you haven't, already.
Size of parts can effect speed of cut. Small parts may not have long enough straight runs to warrant ramping up to full speed as determined by a ratio setting in ramping values. End result will be exactly what you're experiencing, and this indicates your control software is doing exactly what it should to provide smooth, safe cutting.
Your screen will still reflect the speed you've selected.
Full speed cuts on small parts can result in chatter marks on your workpiece and premature wear to your machine.
I recommend reading up on the Ramping Values portion in your manual, as well as visiting the web article written by Brady Watson for more clarity regarding this feature of your machine.
On the other hand, If you are well versed on this topic, and still beleive the machine should not be doing this, check your cables, particularly separation of motor control cables in relation to power to your spindle or router. I experienced what you described plus many other issues when I had poor separation of cables in e-chain.
Good luck!
Jeff
