Z slide issue?

Hi all, today I noticed on my bot that the Z spindle mounting plate had a fair amount of play. If you are standing in front of the spindle, the plate is able to move front and back. The bearings are tight until you push on the plate then one of the upper bearings spins loose. What do I need to do?

No suggestions on how I can address this issue?

The v-rollers usually have accentric centers you can loosen the nut at the back and turn the hex to tighten and then relock the back nut.
