View Full Version : Could this be used in for a BradyVac?

I came across this on a surplus site, I have no experience with Vacuum systems but understand the advantages. I will need to ask an electrician if I have enough power and if a phase converter will work. I only have 2 phase.
It is a bit of a leap of faith as there is no history on the blower.

Looks like an OK unit - It moves a lot of air, and maxes out around 9.5" Hg. This is equivalent to 4 new Lighthouse motors (<$500 total), but it will last much longer than the LH motors in the long run. It is well within the usable specs for CNC vacuum...I wouldn't spend more than $1000 on it.
