new owner looking for vac plenum file 6 zones

Hi,

As a new owner of a shopbot 60x120 I am very happy. Event if I was in computer industry before, I having hard times with the learning curves.
Now I'm looking at a ready to cut plenum file 60x120 with 6 zones. any ideas or tips?

Look on cyour C: Drive, there should be a folder called \SBParts\Vacuum, there are several pre-made plenum files, there is one for a 5x12 6 zone. just load it up, and away she goes. I used the 4 x8 4 zone on my table and it cut better than I could have ever expected. I would however suggest a longer 1/2 inch straight bit. You have to cut thru 1 1/2 of board to make the holes go all the way thru. I bought a 2.5 inch cutter so I could make the holes. Got it from Lowes for 18 bucks.

Cut the holes with a round hole saw as stated above.
