Any harm in using 1" ultralight MDF for a spoilboard? I typically use 18mm, but would like to go thicker, to lengthen the periods between replacement.
My vacuum consist of 4 motors mounted directly to the underside of the table.
Thanks

are you using it as a bleader board or spoil board ?

Using as spoilboard, it mounts directly to my plenum. (Not sure what a bleeder board is?)

bleeder board means you are using a vacuum and sucking air through it to hold down parts

I am pulling air through it for my hold down...
