When I am cutting parts out on the shopbot (and of course it sounds distinctly different than any other of my woodworking machinery) and the shop phone near the Bot rings, I usually sound all serious, and ask this simple question to whomever is on the line...

I say "hey, can you hear that sound"

They respond "yes"..

I then ask "do you know what that sound is?"

They usually dont say anything... and after a few seconds of silence I answer..

"thats the sound of making money!!" :D:D

Right on Andrew, when people come into my shop see the bot running and see me sitting and dozing off, I say " don't bother me! I'm working"!:cool:
One guy I was doing some large and long (60 hours) carvings for, kept muttering to himself "can't believe you get paid for sleeping".
