I don't post much on the forum, don't really have the time but this morning I was reading about some hdu stuff on here and thought I would post and show some of my sign work. This is a hdu sign that we did recently for a local church. I think it turned out very nice. It's 1-1/2 dhu with a 1/2 mdo backer board. Thanks Rick

Rick that looks great. What was the machining time for that sign? What density foam did you use? What adhesive did you use to attach the MDO?

It's 15lb density and I used gorilla glue for gluing to backer board. Cutting time for the sign was around 10-12 hours and the eagle was 4 hours.

Thanks for the kind words. The school sign is a total of 4 layers of 1-1/2 sign foam. I used artcam for the reliefs.
