View Full Version : New Computer not detecting Shopbot

I just built a new computer with a Gigabyte B75M-D3H motherboard to run the shopbot. It's not finding the Shopbot, I've tried all the USB ports to no avail.
What process should I go thru to get this going?

This is usually a driver problem. Either the ShopBot was connected before the software was installed and Windows assigned the wrong driver, or Windows security didnt allow a proper driver install. Take a look at these docs for steps to cure:

Just buy a new shopbot, a new computer and get the profession service team to the ship and it will all work fine!
