I am getting ready to make several delicate wood items for wedding decorations, some of which are small, vine-like and thin. I would like to know what kind of bit to use to get the best edge finish without a lot of sanding. I will primarily be using 1/4" and 1/2" Baltic birch and MDF. To get the detail I need, I think I will need to use a 1/8" diameter bit, I'm just not sure about the geometry. Any advise y'all can give is greatly appreciated.

Go to lowes and pick up some grout bits from Dremel or rotozip they are cheaper and last longer, use smaller cuts to avoid over stressing the bits and make sure there are ABSOLUTLY NO NAILS. Because the bits will snap.
