I bought a couple of these keyboards off the net and as you can see the keys most used tend to rub off in about 6 months. I have tried permanant markers but they too rub off easily.
But go check your local Big Lots store because they have a ton of these in stock for $4.50/ea

Maybe a little clear brushed on when its brand new will give more than 6 mos. ?

Clear brushed on the tops of the keys when brand new. To put a little extra protection on the letters.
