day 4, 10 panels completed 2 on the tables, 48 to go, been running 24 hrs 4 days, pr and other machine pumping it out.

how much sanding did you do on the panels with all the cutouts ?

maybe 5 mins total each panel 3mm downshear end mill offset pocket cut full depth ran it slow .5ips xyz tried to go faster bits kept breaking sapele cuts very clean 5" orbital on downside quick pass with 3" 120g radial disc and done

What size bit did you use to cut the one on the right , it has very sharp inside corners . Also the feed an speeds PLEEZE:D

blanks 19.45mm thick 2 passes, 6.2mm endmill (LH flutes inside profile with .3mm offset) follow up profile 3mm endmill inside profile no offset 3 pass

6.2 bit speed 80mm/sec xy 60mm/sec z 3mm endmill 60mm/sec xy 40mm/sec z


angles with .875 diam, 89.5 deg v bit 6.5 mm depth 80mm/sec xy 60mm/sec z

pr continues to cut product. builder has added another order of panels...pr has been running 12-18 hrs a day for over a month

How longs it been? last time, I changed mine mid file without loosing X,Y, or even Z! 30 min. later I resumed without issue!

both machines rock !! the pr refuses to be outdone and the china machine has been a serious workhorse...I don't really compare the two, each has it's own function
