C3 problem

I know this has been posted before, but I can't find it with the search. I have a 48x48 prt upgraded with the RBK control box, 7.2 motors. My limit switches work, meaning they stop my machine within the range. However, when I go to do a C3 it starts off ok, asked me if I want to use the keypad to move the machine, then it tells me to move off the limit switches and the keypad pops up. I am off the limits so I tried to esc and the program shuts down, I tried to cancel and the program shuts down, I try to move them a little and the program shuts down. I have a ground wire through my dust collector which is a few parts plastic and mostly metal to my cyclone. Any help would be appreciated or if you can point me to the right posts I would be very appreciated. I am also using the latest software.

In your setup do you have the box checked that asks if you have prox switches? Also make sure you switches are the correct ones in the drop down
