HELP What did I do

Yesterday I was trying to get my limits to work and must have changed something I should not have, now when I try to cut something my Z axes move very slow and right before it cuts a screen comes on and says vs set to lower limits .05 I have went in and tried to change it but it goes back to the .05 on everything I cut. I know its probably something I'm forgetting but when things go wrong my mind goes blank.

if I had to guess its a decimal but what exactly did you change?
I change the *2 in the zzero file to *0 when I am working with tiny bits and that's what it does. the error you are getting means your speed is set below the lower limit and it is adjusting it self to the lower limit (.05)

Check to see what plunge rate and feed rate you have set for the tool in your tool database in PartWorks etc. and that it is set to inch/sec. Sounds like your cut files are getting saved with to low a plunge rate.

That was it don't know how I over looked that.
Thanks for the help I'm new to all this and know this want be my last dumb mistake.
I still have not got my limits to work but I might just leave them alone for a while.

I actually started a thread the other day about the limit switches, mine work for the C3 but they don't any other time. I was informed that a lot of guys prefer to leave them off as static can send a false trigger while your cutting.
