I recently needed to replace on my air drills (Sioux 5434) on my PRS Alpha 6096 (5 years old). The new drill appeared identical, but it turned out the housing was smaller. When I slid in into the mounting block on on the SB, and tightened the clamp all the way, there drill was still very loose, there appeared to be about 1/16" 'rattle room'. The temporary solution was to swap out the lower half of each drill (problem with the old one was in the upper half/air intake area). This worked, but let me with a 'half new drill'
Any suggestions to get the housing for the new drill to fit in the mounting block on the SB? It appears as though it will need some type of shimming, but I'm n up coming up with anything.
Thanks
