Zero Problem

Just finished installing a new Rpk control box. When you zero the bit you can pick the plate up to the bit and the light comes on. When you go to zero the Z, Z comes down and touches the plate light comes on and if you look at Z on software it is showing thickiness of the plate. The Z stopped on the plate and sets and screen says ( Z contact did not clear for some reason Exiting ). Any ideas what to check . Thanks.

Do a ur to reset to defaults I had to do that a couple of times.
