Any one recognize this font? Whatthefont.com didn't come up with it.

It looks kind of like a circus font?

Coney Island is similar but the G's are very different and all the letters are more rounded.

It looks like a modified Ouija board font. Possibly Cap'n Howdy or Captain Howdy, although they both have different G's. Are you sure it is a font and not a logo?
