Royce Ayr Tool here in Ontario Canada will machine anything like that custom to your needs, and offer a 1 week turn around.

If the usual suspects like Freeborn, Freud, etc. don't have the shaper profile you need Southern Tool in your area will also custom grind.

I dont use the style and rail cutters from freud but do use the RP-2000 system for panels. They have a RS-2000 that has insert knives. Check it out and see if any profile is close to what you need.

I bought a new set of rail & stile cutters from Byrd this past summer (after seeing them at the Vegas show).

They are really nice- well made and accurate. Dont know if they do custom grinds however.

I have several sets from different companies. All the big names (custom that is like FS Tool, Royce, BC Saw, Byrd, etc) as well as some like DImar, have excellent carbide insert sets. I dont think I'd bother anymore with brazed sets - they cost as much and are never the exact same after sharpening - and eventually wear out. The price of insert tooling is so competitive today, its the way to go.
