Cutting some union-jack shapes from .5"mdf to match a sample. After cutting the first test piece I realized I had mistakenly toolpathed to cut ON the lines. I re-toolpathed to cut outside the lines but my results are too small. The size I see on the screen is .125" bigger than the results off the table. FWIW I'm using a new .125" cutter and have checked the settings in the tool library and all looks exactly as it should. I could fix the problem by increasing the size of the objects I'm cutting before toolpathing but I'm completely stumped as to what's happening here. I even tried re-importing the vectors just to check that I hadn't accidentally altered the scale. Completely stumped.

Are you totally 100% sure that the diameter of the .125" bit isn't defined as .25" or something? It's worth checking...

It isn't hard to mistake the pass depth field for the diameter field in the tdb.

Thanks Brady, got it solved. Turns out it was a **** file sent to us from the art department. They just upgraded to the latest Autocad and it doesn't seem to want to play nice with our software.
