Max depth of cut .4". Pic as shown is 4"wide X 5" tall footprint. Peg diameter is .254", but slot is only .18" wide so may work with narrower pegs. Used 1/4" shank 3/8" diameter S.E. TOOL ball end plunge cutter at .8, .3, 15K. need to change angle slightly as had tearout at points(but was using C-90 torrefied ash which is very brittle).
