Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Just upgraded to Internet Explorer 11. The lightbox for displaying images opens, the wheels turns for a second, then stops. The image appears to download, but never shows, until I close it and re-open. It seems the site uses IE 7 Document mode. If I force 10 or Edge Doc mode, it works.

running windows7 with google chrome i have no issues..
Running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with Firefox - no problems. My son, who is a web developer, has indicated IE is the most difficult browser to develop for because it doesn't follow current Internet standards at all. He is always having to code a bunch of
IF I.E. THEN
DO SOMETHING SPECIAL
ELSE
DO INTERNET STANDARD CODE
He says it is horrendous because it almost doubles the amount of code he has to put in a webpage just to handle IE.

I don't know if this is related, but I have Internet Explorer 11 running on Windows 8.1. Ever since switching to IE 11 last summer, when I click on the picture attachments in the Shopbot forum, they won't open! I have to cycle through clicking on each image 2 or 3 times, before they will finally open. Chuck

It seems an issue with the old doctype declaration on the forum site and browser detection. It has been reported in the vBulletin forums, also.
BTW, vBulletin is up to version 5 - this forum is version 3.8.4. There is a fix posted on the vBulletin forum, but maybe it's getting time to upgrade?
