It may be hard to describe adequately, so hopefully a couple pics will help.
I want to cut the underside of my material to make a male lip on the underside of a carved lid for a musical box.
Because i am trying to get 2 lids out of the material, it is not centered, so i can't just flip it and have a center on top and center on bottom in the same place.
I know i have done this a hundred times, hence the brainsneeze:eek:
So here is what i think i need to do.
Using the square vector as my "placeholder", i mirrored it and need to make my bottom toolpaths as noted in the pic, pocketing out .25" in the shape of a donut, leaqving the center to make the male lip, then flip it back over (like turning the page in a book back) to carve the top.
