Hello Shopbot world!!
Just wanted to give a quick intro.
I have been PM several members and simply wanted to get out of the closet.
Been lurking and reading and doing my research on all the CNC's.

Live in Houston.
Residential construction and remodeling 20+ years.
I like most see unlimited possibilities with the Shopbot.

Will be ordering with in the week either a Buddy 48 or Buddy 32.

Will need and want all the advice and wisdom from you oldtimers with all the experience.

I do not believe in reinventing the wheel when someone else has done so.
Hopefully I will not ask too dumb of a question!

Thanks and Happy New Year! May it be Fun, Exciting, and FULL of Adventure and revenue!!!

Welcome Bud! It only takes a year or two to learn a heap of a lot about Shopbot. Great way to earn a living or pass the time away productively in ones old age!

Bud,
This is the way it works...when you are new, you ask all the "dumb questions":D

Then in a year or so you start answering those same "dumb questions":D that someone else asks...

I wish we had a FAQ section where we had something like the "top ten' most asked questions and answers.

btw...I lived near Humble (pronounced "Umble") and had a couple stores in Kingwood are you anywhere near that?

Bud,
I "lived" there.....not "live" there. I am in Central Virginia now but you are still welcome to visit!:D

When i lived in Texas in the summer you felt like you died and went to hell, it was so hot but i loved the winters because in December and January you walked around in 70 degree weather and T shirts.:D
