"Virtual Show and Tell" in header bar?

I noticed since a few days the "Virtual Show and Tell" section is now located in a dark blue header bar on the home page. Not like all other sections with white background. I can still click it and see the various year folders but it does not show anymore on the home page if there are new posts. Is that normal?

I haven't been on for a few days, and didn't notice it, until you pointed it out. Also looks like the posts that weren't in a subfolder have been moved, too.

Thanks for pointing out the change on the homepage. I usually just hit the "New Posts" to see postings since I last checked and never go to the homepage. Yes, the posts that weren't in a subfolder have been moved into Folder 2013. Folder 2014 is ready for your newest projects. Will try to make the recent posts show up again.
