After seeing your tutorial on 2 sided machining I scaled up
your blade to the correct size for a 1/4 scale Mustang prop
that we are building... bought a 2x4 by 8' oak board and
went to town. The hub is pine and an RC enthusiast friend
who has since died gave me the spinner- measured it and
it is almost spot on for the Mustang spinner. The hub/spinner
will be red and the blades silver with red tips- but it is fun
to look at like this until the rest of the plane is complete in
the spring. This was my first 2 side machine job so I did a
proof of concept in foam first. Gene
