After seeing your tutorial on 2 sided machining I scaled up
your blade to the correct size for a 1/4 scale Mustang prop
that we are building... bought a 2x4 by 8' oak board and
went to town. The hub is pine and an RC enthusiast friend
who has since died gave me the spinner- measured it and
it is almost spot on for the Mustang spinner. The hub/spinner
will be red and the blades silver with red tips- but it is fun
to look at like this until the rest of the plane is complete in
the spring. This was my first 2 side machine job so I did a
proof of concept in foam first. Gene

Gene, Great looking! Any problem with getting registration pins(dowels?) lined up after taking that much material off one side? How much "play" did you put in for pin holes? Should make you smile when you look at it:)
