USB Pendant Help

I was reading where people were using USB Keypads as a remote pendant. I picked one up today, but when I plug it into the computer and open up the Keypad Window in Shopbot (K) I press the USB Keypad and it opens a window that says USE NUMBER KEYS TO RECORD CURRENT LOCATIONS. Is there some setting that I need to change to make it work like the arrow keys on the keyboard?

I like the Logitech MK320 combo. It works well - bluetooth & comes with kb & mouse for like $40. You can take either wherever you want.

I figured it out. All I had to do was to turn off the NUM LOCK key on the pendant and it works fine.
