4th Annual Indiana Artisan Marketplace, a Showcase of
Indiana and Kentucky’s Best Art and Food
Eugene and Tina King to offer our creations at March 29 - 30 event
From mosaics and marshmallows to watercolors and wines, the Indiana Artisan Marketplace features one-of-a-kind handmade work by nearly 150 artisans.
The 2014 Indiana Artisan Marketplace launches Indiana’s 2014 art season March 29 and 30 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Expo Hall. Nearly 50 juried artists from Kentucky Crafted join more than 100 from the Indiana Artisan organization to showcase art and food selected as the best by jury panels created by Indiana Artisan and Kentucky Crafted.
Eugene and Tina King, an artist from Stanton, Ky who makes Wooden Kitchen Items and Toys, will be exhibiting and selling our work at the Marketplace. Eugene and Tina King are Juried Crafts man and produce fine wood products.
New this year: 20 art and food artisans will demonstrate the creation of their work – potters throwing, painters painting, weavers weaving, and some exciting looks at candy making provide a glimpse of what’s in store when the two states’ highest-quality artisans come together again for this event.
The Indiana Artisan Marketplace is a chance to buy one-of-a-kind artwork and artisan food directly from those who make it, to meet the artisans and to share their stories. Visitors will meet and talk with artisans, and celebrate the exceptional talent and creativity of Kentucky and Indiana artisans.
WHAT: Indiana Artisan Marketplace
WHEN: Saturday, March 29, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, March 30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: Indiana State Fairgrounds, Expo Hall, Indianapolis
COST: $10 admission – no charge for those ages 14 and younger
