This is a good show.. we are scaling back our shows this year so we can do the Ky State Fair.

Silent Auction
FOC will run a Silent Auction for all items donated with a retail value of $20 or more. Winners will be drawn around 8pm (Do not need to be present to win, but winner would be responsible for any shipping cost)
Items should be sent to FOC or dropped off at the FOC Booth by 11:30am the day of the fest.

By signing this application, the exhibitor verifies that the information that he / she has provided with this application accurately represents him or her and that the work meets the Rules for Participation outlined in this application package. If accepted, the exhibitor agrees to allow the use of his / her photos and supplied bio information for promotional purposes.
The undersigned also agrees to release the Friends of the Cheat staff, board members, and volunteers from any and all claims of damage to personal property or personal injury which exhibitors or helpers may sustain while participating in the 2014 Cheat River Festival.
