We are needing to cut a college logo on a piece of 3mm dibond/ACM (brushed chrome) so that we cut through metal veneer, showing black core, then will have to paint logo making the logo to look as if 'engraved'. Any advice as to what tooling to use, anyone have any experience cutting this product before? Any advice would be welcome - this is for a bow front reception desk - anyone tried to radius this product? thanks for any suggestions....

I use a straight cut 1/16" bit when cutting Di-Bond. 1.6 IPS 13000 rpm.

Depending of the curve of the desk I believe you have trouble getting an even curve after you have cut the logo in.

The material will want to crease where it is cut in for the logo.

Here is a small emblem I did for a customers car.
Feel free to call me, I would be happy to give you what little knowledge I have. LOL
