unable to control rpm for spindle

[JMC Design & Fabrication]

PRS Alpha 48 x 48, 10 days old. This is an initial startup. Brand new to this. The cars move fine, the spindle comes on and runs, but when I try to set the rpm values for the spindle warm up, it gives me a "runtime error-13 type mismatched" box. Tried updating to the newest version of software but get the same thing. Any suggestions?

Once done, you'll need to click on 'rpm' in the spindle control window and enter the proper values for your setup in the fill in sheet that comes up.
