Material Recommendation

Hi Everyone,
I am working on a sign for Baylor Baseball and I wanted to get your 2 cents on what material to use. I attached a mockup photo. It's about 7 feet tall and 1 inch thick. I was planning on leaving the white and yellow layers at 1 inch and cutting the green about 1/2 inch deep. HDU is always an option although pricey. PVC seems like it would be really heavy. It won't be getting much direct sunlight.

Depending on your budget you could use 3/4" colorcore. the green layer would only be about .0625" the entire core yellow and then you can cut the white from marineboard and inlay the letters.

If you are on the budget then use 3mm polymetal painted yellow for yellow.
Than use 1" pvc and cut green outline .25 deep and paint it. Run threded rods from pvc thru polymetal and silicon it to the wall.
