Hi Guys,
I just changed the position of my computer in accordance to my shopbot alpha 96x48.. so the axis movement directions is different now.
I know how to reverse the direction of the axis, but i actually want to change the direction.. up=left, down=right.
any ideas of how to do so??

I would suggest you just change your keyboard control for it, if you change the "step/ dir" on your drivers to do what you want your work piece carving text will probably be backwards.??
I don't remember off hand how to get into it, but I have changed and reversed my arrow keys to do just what your doing from the other side of the machine.

Microsoft has a free keyboard layout creator, for mapping keys. It can be found, HERE. (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb964665.aspx)
I agree, better way than changing your machine configuration.

I think he just wants his arrow keys to match the machine direction...

Ron - is it possible somehow to change the key assignments when you pull up "K" please as this would make life so much easier for Buddy owners???

Exactly!! What i wanna do.. How is it possible??
Matching the arrows to the direction of the machine would be great. However, the cut will be in the different direction as my screen.
